Sponsorship & Exhibition Management
The Sponsorship and Exhibition Management team works with you to establish and deliver mutually beneficial opportunities for sponsorship and exhibition partnerships. Packages are developed and marketed to potential parties. Once secured, the relationship is maintained to ensure entitlements are delivered in a professional and efficient manner, and the sponsors and exhibitors feel valued and integral to the success of the event.
Helen joined WALDRONSMITH Management in 1994 and is the Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales Manager working with clients who incorporate sponsorship and exhibition in their conferences. Helen works with our clients to identify valuable opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors to engage with the conferences and then actively markets these to attract participation. Helen is a true relationship manager with a keen customer service focus, coupled with a genuine interest in maximising sponsors and exhibitor investment and participation.
Helen works closely with our Sponsorship and Exhibition Co-coordinators, Amy Garby and Lydia Mernik, long standing members of the WALDRONSMITH Management team, who then provide Sponsors and Exhibitors with logistical information and support in the planning stages and onsite to ensure their involvement is seamless.
