Delegate Services / Registration Management
The Delegate Services/ Registration team oversees the selection and rate negotiation of a range of accommodation for your delegates and liaises with hotels in relation to room lists, release dates and deposit payments. They are the point of contact for any telephone or email enquiries from participants and process registrations and payments (both on line and hard copy), generating accurate reports to assist in planning. The Delegate Services/ Registration Manager oversees the on site team at the Registration Desk to ensure your participants are assisted in a professional and welcoming manner.

Naomi joined WALDRONSMITH Management in 2015 with 5 years’ experience freelancing as an event coordinator for fundraising events and 3 years’ experience in administration.
Starting at WALDRONSMITH Management as a Team Member of the Delegate Services Department, Naomi has quickly grown and honed her customer service, event coordination skills and knowledge. As Team Leader she leads the Delegate Services Department with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent customer service and tailored solutions for conference delegates.
