The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and development of the program and speaker management in conjunction with your Committee. From the initial contact with speakers, administrating the call for papers and review process, establishing audio visual needs, travel requirements through to overseeing the on site arrangements, the Program Coordinator oversees the relationship with your speakers.

Fiona joined WALDRONSMITH Management in 2017 with over 7 years’ experience in event coordination, program management and administration.
Starting at WALDRONSMITH Management within the Delegate Services Team, Fiona moved to a Program Coordinator role before taking on the Team Leader role in July 2018. With a Diploma in Event Management, Fiona brings extensive experience in all aspects of conference and program management to the company.
