The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and development of the program and speaker management in conjunction with your Committee. From the initial contact with speakers, administrating the call for papers and review process, establishing audio visual needs, travel requirements through to overseeing the on site arrangements, the Program Coordinator oversees the relationship with your speakers.

Amy joined the WALDRONSMITH Management team in 2016 with a background in organisational operations and in-house events for a health care provider in Melbourne. She has experience working in various industry, association and private events and works collaboratively with clients to develop unique and exciting programs. As Program Team Leader, Amy maintains excellent speaker relationships, has a keen eye for detail and is strongly committed to executing a successful event. Amy has a Bachelor of Business in Management and Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) in Public Health.
