Gerard has extensive senior management expertise in the areas of Marketing, Business Development, Information Technology and Human Resources.
Gerard started his corporate career in the Marketing Departments of North Broken Hill and Amcor in their various pulp, paper mill and fine paper production areas. He then gained additional skills in Business Development with PMP Communications in their print, production and inventory management areas.
In 1998, Gerard started an Inventory Management and Logistics Business that provided an online ordering and supply chain management solution to various corporate clients and sold this business in early 2005 to a large National provider and worked with them on a consultancy basis until early 2007.
In 2005 Gerard became a Director of WALDRONSMITH Management and supports Kate Smith and our Conference Management teams in the areas of IT and HR and is responsible for all areas of Marketing, Branding and Business Development.
