Sponsorship and/or an exhibition are often crucial to the financial success of a Conference. Strong, visible industry support also helps to increase the profile and credibility of an event.
WALDRONSMITH Management clearly identifies the role of the sponsors and their needs and those of the Conference, to develop a package that is mutually beneficial. This can sometimes incorporate an exhibition package or a stand-alone component of a Conference and/or an Exhibition.
The package, details opportunities for sponsorship at a variety of levels and is then marketed to suppliers to your industry or profession as identified by the Committee.
Your Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager, works in conjunction with the Committee to secure support for the Conference. Once a commitment is made, we liaise direct with the sponsor or exhibitor to ensure all obligations are met and a professional and efficient relationship is maintained.
