Marketing & Communications

The marketing and positioning of your Conference in a competitive market is a key element to your success.

We spend considerable time developing the branding of the Conference, establishing where your target audience will be drawn from and how best to reach this market whether it be through diary listings, advertising in industry/professional journals/newsletters, email broadcast, direct mail, related conferences or website links.

We work with our external design team in developing an image or logo (if not pre-existing) that is used consistently throughout, creating recognition and awareness. Print collateral including letterhead, postcards, brochures, handbooks, satchels and name badges are developed. Electronic formats such as email banners are used extensively as a cost effective form of communication. We can assist in the production of a compact disc or publications for papers/abstracts.

WEBSITES

The website is the major marketing tool and resource used in the promotion and distribution of information. A website is developed from the outset offering information on the destination, program, speakers,  social program, registration, call for abstracts etc. It provides the opportunity for participants to submit abstracts on line and also to register on line. This valuable marketing tool can be constantly updated throughout the planning process ensuring your audience receives vital information and new innovations or announcements.
