The Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager works with you to establish mutually beneficial opportunities for sponsorship and exhibition partnerships. Packages are developed and marketed to potential parties. Once secured, the relationship is maintained to ensure entitlements are delivered in a professional and efficient manner, and the sponsors and exhibitors feel valued and integral to the success of the event.
Helen McGowan
Helen joined WALDRONSMITH Management in 1994 and is the Manager of our Sponsorship and exhibition Department working with clients who incorporate sponsorship and exhibition in their conferences. In addition to securing sponsorship and exhibition sales, Helen is involved in the administration and implementation of all her teams’ projects which include database management, exhibition co-ordination from floor plan to onsite build and sponsorship entitlement delivery. Helen is a true relationship manager with a keen customer service focus, coupled with a genuine interest in maximising sponsor and exhibitor investment and participation.
Heather Ring
Heather has joined WALDRONSMITH Management with over seven years of experience in the events industry including five years with the Australian International Airshow and Aerospace and Defence Expo. Over this time she has developed a passion for the industry and her specialities are exhibition operations and conference management. Heather has excellent client relationship and communication skills and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Commerce (Monash University) and an Advanced Diploma in Tourism – Meetings and Events (Gordon TAFE).
Anne-Marie Forbes
Anne-Marie has an extensive background in Human Resources and Administration gained from previous employment within the gaming and telecommunications industries.
Since joining WALDRONSMITH Management, she has worked alongside Helen McGowan in the administration of various Sponsorship and Exhibition packages and the preferred delivery of the entitlements specific to each conference.
