Delegate Services / Registration Management
The Delegate Servcies/ Registration team oversees the selection and rate negotiation of a range of accommodation for your delegates and liaises with hotels in relation to room lists, release dates and deposit payments. They are the point of contact for any telephone or email enquiries from participants and process registrations and payments (both on line and hard copy), generating accurate reports to assist in planning. The Delegate Servcies/ Registration Manager oversees the on site team at the Registration Desk to ensure your participants are assisted in a professional and welcoming manner.
Vicki Lont
Vicki joined WALDRONSMITH Management in 1999 as Delegate Services/ Registration Manager with over 20 years experience in management roles in the travel and hospitality industry.
Vicki brings a strong focus on communication with each individual delegate and the overall experience they have at your Conference and is responsible for all aspects of conference and exhibition registration, reporting, accommodation and travel bookings.
Vicki and her on site Registration teams ensure that each delegate is assisted in a professional and welcoming manner which ensures a memorable overall delegate experience at your Conference.
Jenny Phillips
Jenny joined the WALDRONSMITH Management team as Delegate Services Manager bringing with her a history of excellent customer service after 20 years experience in both the airline and travel Industry.
Working in the WALDRONSMITH Management Registration area, her role is focusing on all aspects of delegates requirements, from Interstate and International flight bookings, accommodation, transfers, pre and post conference arrangements to suit the individual delegates needs.
