Program / Speaker Management
The Program / Speaker Manager is responsible for the planning and development of the program and speaker management in conjunction with your Committee. From the initial contact with speakers, administrating the call for papers and review process, establishing audio visual needs, travel requirements through to overseeing the on site arrangements, the Program Manager oversees the relationship with your speakers.
Fleur Fitzpatrick
Fleur began her career in Event Management as an Event Coordinator with one of New Zealand’s leading PCOs. More than a decade in the events industry has seen her take on various roles from Awards Manager, to Theatre Events Coordinator for Auckland’s largest conference and performance venue The Edge where she was able to combine her passion for event management with her post-graduate diploma in Performing Arts. Fleur became Project Manager/Designer for North Shore City’s most prestigious annual business awards program and then used her extensive Events Pro Software experience in teaching the system throughout New Zealand to industry organizations and within University Continuing Education programs. Collectively this experience is extremely valuable to Fleur’s role as Program Manager at WALDRONSMITH Management.
Sharon Anderson
Sharon’s career in Event Management began with roles within the Australian Football League, Odyssey House Victoria and Vodafone. She has managed the Australian Earthquake Engineering Society’s annual national conference for the past three years and has a real passion for all aspects of the event management process.
Sharon works with Fleur as Program Coordinator and is also the Australian Institute of Physics Manager at WALDRONSMITH Management
