The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning and development of the program and speaker management in conjunction with your Committee. From the initial contact with speakers, administrating the call for papers and review process, establishing audio visual needs, travel requirements through to overseeing the on site arrangements, the Program Coordinator oversees the relationship with your speakers.

She has global event execution experience and has worked side by side with Marketing and Sales teams to develop exceptional event strategy. As Program Team Leader, Maria leads with a spirit of generosity, an eye towards precise detail and diligent focus on event success. Maria has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communication and Spanish with a minor in Marketing.
